ORDERS & SHIPPING
Woof Without Roof ships internationally.
Local Shipping
Shipping charges are $5 flat.
International Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at check out.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
No cancellations of orders are allowed. All sales are final and no exchanges/refunds will be made except for goods that are incorrectly sent out or damaged.
All returns shipping charges will be beared by sender.
If the item is damaged, or the incorrect item was received, please email us within seven (7) days of the date your order is received at whatsdigging@woofwithoutroof.com and provide your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach a photograph of the incorrect or damaged item received. Goods with visible signs of use will not be eligible for exchanges.
We will ship out the replacement item(s) as soon as the returned shipment reach us. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as inventory is restocked.
