Shelter Spotlight: FORGET ME NOT DOG SHELTER

In this month of december, as we are preparing to celebrate Christmas or the countdown to yet another uncertain year, let us remember that our furry friends who are still waiting eagerly to be welcomed into their forever homes, your home, at the shelter. Just like what Dr Seuss from The Grinch said, “Christmas doesn’t come from a store. Maybe Christmas perhaps means a little bit more.”
If you have the power to give the gift of a forever home to a shelter dog, do it. Because you can never experience the kind of love and gratitude they will return to you from anywhere/anyone/anything else.

Forget Me Not dog shelter is a full volunteer-based independent dog shelter.

We are formed solely out of pure love and compassion for the often forgotten stray population.

Other than working on rehabilitation and rehoming of the rescues, we are also advocating education and creating awareness on the stray populations locally through different platforms like social media and education tours and adoption drives pre-Covid days.

We are not huge. In our care, we have 25-40 dogs (including puppies) at any one time. We believe that we are a community and everyone is able to play their roles to help the voiceless in big and small ways.
